Furniture delivery to UK Mainland:
Small furniture are sent boxed via courier. Large furniture are sent palletized. Furniture orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Please note that furniture will be delivered up to your doorstep but not inside your house to the ground floor only.
If you require a delivery to a room of your choice please contact us for more information and we will be happy to provide a cost for a special delivery "White Glove Service".
Our transport team will make contact to confirm a date for all furniture orders, and give you a delivery 3-5 hours slot. Please insure that there will be someone to receive your order, or you will be charged for redelivery. If you have asked someone else to receive the delivery on your behalf, please remember to tell them about the planned delivery date, and ensure they can give our delivery team necessary access to the delivery address.Parking or access restrictions:
When placing your order, please let us know in the comment box about any parking or access restrictions that might affect your delivery, and any features of the delivery address (narrow doorways or staircases) that could affect or prevent a successful delivery, and a telephone number, whether fixed line or mobile, choose the one at which you are most easily reached.Any delivery restrictions in the area ?
