1. What should I do if the package is damaged when it arrives?

Our team always checks your products to make sure it is up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare.

It is very important that you verify the compliance of the package and inspect your product upon receipt of your order. If the package is damaged, take pictures of the package before opening.
If you think the package is slightly damaged, you must notify it on the delivery slip to sign. Be as specific as possible (down corner, dents, moisture, opened, etc...). The notes on the delivery slip will be needed to make a claim.
If the package is very damaged, you must reject it and be very specific on the delivery slip (parcel refused because opened, perforated, scratched on the corner etc...).

If you are unhappy with the quality, or if we have sent you the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible by clicking on our page Contact us within 14 days of receipt. Our team will assess your request and, assuming your complaint is valid, arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order for you a replacement.

2. Can I change my existing order ?

Once you have placed an order with us, if you would like to change your order please contact us by clicking on our page Contact us.

3. Assembly option

We strongly recommend all our customers to choose our assembly option, that way you make sure your furniture get assembled by professional furniture specialists. Please note that assembly can only be done on the day of the delivery.
